What are your Rates?

Our tour costs  $105 = $94.17 for our tour + $10.83 for our local tax of 11.5%. Online reservations are charged a 6% processing fee by Fareharbor. For more details, please read our terms and conditions.

How long does it take to complete the adventure?

Plan to spend approximately 3 – 3.5 hours with us. The zipline adventure is approximately 2 hours in length, plus additional time for check-in, orientation, training and hike to our course.

What if I am afraid of heights?

It is not uncommon to have a fear of heights. Many people who have a fear of heights are still able to enjoy our zipline.

How high will I be off the ground?

During the adventure you will be anywhere from 0 feet to 100 feet above the ground.

What to bring?

You will need to wear:

Close-toed shoes which provide traction (such as tennis shoes). They may get muddy!

Wear comfortable clothing, but please avoid loose clothing. Shorts are OK; ladies remember you will be wearing a harness.

Long hair needs to be tied back.

Women should not wear skirts. Dress for the weather (rainforest). We do operate in the rain, so please be prepared. extra short, baggy clothes, and loose jewellery are not recommended. Also, please remove all things from your pockets, such as cell phones and wallets. You don’t want them falling out during the adventure. We do have a secure place to store your valuables, but we prefer that you leave valuables at home or locked in your car.

Have any medication needed on hand such as inhalers, nitroglycerine pills, or epi-pens.

If you wear glasses or sunglasses make sure they are secure and will stay on your face.

Cameras are permitted under your own responsibility.

Do you operate in the rain?

Yes, we operate in the rain. Bring your rain-jacket or poncho if you have any. We only cancel due to lightning or if continuous rain hampers access to the area.

How safe is it?

All adventure activities done above the ground carry certain inherent risks. We have taken numerous steps to mitigate these risks. Safety is our priority!

What if I have never done a zipline course before?

The majority of our participants have never done a zipline course before. No prior experience is necessary. Don’t worry, your guides will give you a complete orientation before we take you on the adventure.

How long is the zipline course?

The zipline course consists of 5 ziplines (totaling around 3,000 ft of cables) and one 50 ft tree Rappell.

Who can zip?

The zipline adventure is designed for use by participants of average mobility and strength, and who are in reasonably good health. No children under the age of 10 or weighing less than 85 pounds will be allowed to participate in our zipline adventure. Children between the ages of 10 – 18 must be accompanied by an adult (over 21). Approximate weight range for all participants is between 85 to 230 pounds. (not recommended for women over 200 lbs) Participants must also be able pull themselves along the zip cable a few feet in the event they lose momentum before reaching any given landing platform. There is a 20 min. nature walk in the adventure on an unpaved trail at an incline of about 20%. Each participant must be able to complete this walk.

What equipment will I wear on the course?

You will be fitted with a seat harness and a double pulley system; for safety you will use gloves and a helmet.

Do you use hand breaking?

Because of the time, effort, and experience put forth in designing our zip line canopy tour you will not be required to brake yourself. Our expertly designed tour will not require “hand breaking” to slow yourself down, so you can spend more time enjoying the tour and leave your safety to us.

How can I pay?

You can pay online with credit card at time of booking or with cash or travelers check on site after the tour.

When do I need to arrive for my adventure?

We need you to be at the MEETING PLACE at the time scheduled: 9am or 2pm.

Are reservations required?

Yes; each one of our adventure groups is limited to 15 participants and requires two guides. To enable us to provide you with the best experience, we recommend reservations. If you do not have a reservation, we will do our best to accommodate you on a space available.
